Solution for automatic packing、robot palletizing of Tianjin Guangming

This month, XUTENGDA finished 250S automatic packing and robot palletizing machine project for Tianjin Guangming, consists of three filling machine production lines. Each production line production speed of 9000 bags/hour, equipped with three automatic gift box packing system, three sets of small box loading large box system, a set of robot palletizing system. The automatic gift box packing machine needs to meet the two packing methods of 3*4 and 4*6, of which 1 set of gift box packing machine meets 28800 bags/hour, 2 sets of gift box packing machine meets 10800 bags/hour, and the robot palletizing machine meets the automatic palletizing of 24 bags/box standard boxes and turnover boxes. This project solve the customer’s real problem in production, help the clients to realize the automatic production.
