How to Properly Clamp a Straight Szing Bit?
If the straight sizing bit is not clamped securely, it may cause issues such as tool drop, excessive cutting noise, misaligned cutting paths, and frequent tool breakage.
The straight sizing bit should be clamped up to the designated "K" line.
If you have a KOOSUN collet with a built-in positioning feature, only the first tool needs to be aligned.
After that, you can simply insert each subsequent tool of the same model fully into the collet, and it will be ready to use.
