Basic specifications
1. Direct connection to NPM-D3/W2
By connecting to NPM-D3/W2, a production line configuration with high unit area productivity and versatility is achieved
※When directly connected to NPM-W2, an M-size double-track conveyor (optional) is required.
2. Mounting head (lightweight 8-nozzle mounting head, 3-nozzle mounting head V2)
You can choose a lightweight 8-nozzle mounting head with versatility or a 3-nozzle mounting head V2 with the ability to mount special-shaped components

NPM-TT2 versatility
1. Supply unit switching support (optional)
The tray feeder and the 17-link integrated exchange trolley can be switched at the customer's site, and the equipment configuration corresponding to the component supply form can be configured.
2. Pre-adsorption inspection option
Inspect the tray components and reel components before adsorption to prevent incorrect installation.
3. Transfer unit (optional)
The universal transfer unit* is installed at the 13th station of the rear feeder, and PoP components (tape, tray) can be transferred and installed.
