According to the different models of rotary blower and the different positions of their oil tanks, they can be divided into two types. One is that the oil tank is located at the rotary blower, and the other is that the oil tank is located at the bottom of the rotary blower gas storage tank. Follow the following two steps.

The treatment methods for waste oil in oil tanks are divided into the following two types based on the different positions of the rotary blower oil tank.

1. The fuel tank is located at the bottom of the blower. Using a wrench, first remove the oil label from the oil filling port (located on the oil filling port of the fan base), then remove the oil filter, tilt the fan base, and drain the waste oil in the tank as much as possible from the oil drain port.

2. The fuel tank is located at the bottom of the blower air storage tank. First, use a wrench to remove the nut of the oil filling port (at the fan oil filling port at the bottom of the air storage tank), then remove the oil filter, and then unscrew the oil drain port at the bottom of the air storage tank to drain the waste oil from the oil drain port.

The operation methods for refueling the fuel tank are as follows, depending on the different positions of the fuel tank.

1.If the oil tank is located at the base of the rotary blower, after completing the above two steps, install the oil filter and return pipe that have been cleaned with supernatant, and inject lubricating oil (No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil) into the oil tank. About 3/4 of the fuel tank, do not exceed the mark on the oil gauge, and then tighten the oil gauge. Be careful to tighten with a wrench to avoid air and oil leakage from the fan oil tank.

2.If the oil tank is located at the bottom of the rotary fan air storage compartment, after completing the above two steps, install the oil filter and return pipe, and then add lubricating oil (No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil) to the oil tank. The refueling position should not exceed the center of the observation oil window, that is, the red dot of the observation oil window. Tighten the refueling nut again, being careful to use a wrench to avoid oil and gas leakage from the blower.
