Through-type ribs are set in multiple directions, forming a multi-dimensional complex structure of cross-linked and embedded vertical and horizontal rectangles and multi-directional and multi-size ginger shapes.
Shuangcheng Company's national patented product: multi-ribbed multi-directional stretched plastic geogrid, the color can be customized as needed.
Product Introduction
Through-type ribs are set in multiple directions, forming a multi-dimensional complex structure of cross-linked and embedded vertical and horizontal rectangles and multi-directional and multi-size ginger shapes. It is a continuous special performance plastic grille formed by customized modified polypropylene (PP) raw materials, processed by special structural design stamping molds, and multi-directional stretching and shaping in steps. The product has high mechanical properties in multiple directions and is basically balanced. It is widely used in various large-scale long-term load-bearing infrastructure construction such as airports, docks, ports, container sites.

Product Features
- The mechanical properties of the product in multiple directions such as 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90” are basically the same, showing the balance and consistency of the overall bearing capacity, which can play a more comprehensive and stable reinforcement strengthening role.

- The friction coefficient of the mesh surface is large, which can make the interlocking combination formed by the tensile mesh and the foundation soil and stone materials maintain sufficient bonding strength, not easy to be damaged, and play a good reinforcement bearing role.

- The structure of the multi-porous staggered distribution ensures the stability of the formed soil and stone interlocking structure.

- The multi-directional cross-linked structure formed by the multi-reinforcement setting ensures that the grid structure has sufficient stability and is not easy to deform under load, providing a strong guarantee for the stable performance of the comprehensive reinforcement performance.
