Our company has undertaken a comprehensive rectification of the production site by implementing clear zoning and labeling for each stage of the production process. This initiative has significantly clarified the specific locations and responsibilities of various production workflows. Workers and inspection personnel now have clearer guidance, reducing confusion and ensuring efficiency.  

This improvement prevents scenarios where inspectors struggle to locate items for quality checks or workers face difficulties distinguishing semi-finished products within designated areas. Additionally, dedicated zones have been added for scrap materials, heat-treatment pending inspections, and incoming material inspections. These changes ensure proper handling of defective and non-conforming items while streamlining the processes for incoming and in-process inspections.  

By addressing these challenges, we have strengthened the foundation for future 6S management practices and overall quality enhancement efforts.
