Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC is a non-ionic surfactant. In addition to thickening, suspension, bonding, emulsification, film formation, dispersion, water retention and protection. This product is a white or slightly yellow odorless and easy-flowing powder that is soluble in both cold and hot water.
