Product description:
The thin steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc tank to make a layer of zinc thin steel sheet adhere to its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc plating tank to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This steel sheet is also made by hot dip method, but after leaving the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃ to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability.
Common product specifications
Common thickness is 0.13mm-4mm;
Common width is 10-1500mm, and width can also be customized
The common zinc layer of the substrate is 30/40g, we can do 40-275g and the zinc layer can be customized if the quantity is large.
The surface: Zero/Small/Regular/Big Spangle
The weight of one coil about 4-6tons
The diameter of one coil about 508 or 610mm

Product application
Galvanized Steel Coil is commonly used in the construction and transportation industries; such as roof panels, refrigerators, car ceilings, roadside panels, car shells, etc.
Product advantages
The product is also lightweight, beautiful and has good corrosion resistance, making it used in many fields such as advertising, transportation industry.
Compared with similar products, it has lower cost and higher cost performance.
Product market development trends and prospects
Galvanized Steel Coil's extended products are very popular in Africa, Congo,Samoa. Corrugated sheets are popular in South Africa.
Product quality inspection process
Main inspection steps for roofing sheets:
1: Whether the width, length and thickness after molding meet the requirements.
2: Whether the cutting edge is smooth and burr-free.
3: Check whether the zinc layer meets the requirements.
